You are hereby notified that your personal information and, if applicable, that of your representative/s and other parties provided to Mickey’s Preschool & Daycare Centre herein or otherwise, will be collected and processed by Mickey’s Preschool & Daycare Centre in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPI).

The information is collected primarily for the purposes of enabling Mickey’s Preschool & Daycare Centre to update and maintain a valid marketing and communications database in order to facilitate the transactional processes between Mickey’s Preschool & Daycare Centre and the client.

By submitting the information, you hereby confirm the following:

– The information is accurate and complete.
– You have obtained the required consent in order to furnish Mickey’s Preschool & Daycare Centre with any personal information of which the designated participant is not the sole beneficial owner.

Mickey’s Preschool & Daycare Centre is entitled to process/ and or disclose the personal information if such processing and/ or disclosure is required in order to comply with any applicable law, subpoena, order of the court or legal process served on Mickey’s Preschool & Daycare Centre, or to protect and defend its right or property.
